I have been so busy the past couple months with work and the addition of my new website (www.achieveperformance.net) this blog has been a bit idle. I didn’t want to give up this blog entirely so I decided to something a little different. I am going to use my new web site blog for longer more detailed ratings and ravings about training but use this blog to detail my daily exercise/ movement sessions. Because of my busy schedule I have been implementing very short, intense but creative movement sessions each day. What I have been doing is exploring the many wonderful ways the body can move. Basically I am revisiting the world of elementary physical education/free play/freedom of movement. Each day I am going to post what I have planned, add different videos as well post how to make some of these sessions more difficult for the more advanced or scaled back. The goal (for me anyways) is to work as hard as fast as possible for 20-40 minutes each day. Depending on my whereabouts and schedule some of these sessions will be done at the facility, in my backyard, basement and in some cases right in my living room. I am also going to name my workouts not because I want to be like Crossfit haha... but I want to be able to dedicate certain training sessions to some very important people in my life. Today’s session is titled: “Ethan” after my first born a little boy who loves just loves to jump and crawl around!
